All events listed will be celebrated within the nursery involving lots of fun activities for the children to get involved. Staff will use key words/phrases to celebrate that event and use books/pictures to explain what it is about.
At Safari Stars we celebrate, observe and mark cultural diversity, inter cultural understanding, cultural and linguistic diversity, community harmony and social inclusion across our setting as well as, teaching children about different themes and topics.
Children will learn about all of the different events that take place in a variety of different ways such as, exploring tuff spots, making arts and crafts and dressing up. We also encourage parents to help us celebrate and invite parents to join us in the setting for some of these.
You will find more information about our events and how they will be celebrated in our monthly newsletters and on our Events Board in the reception area of the nursery.
