10% Off Safari Stars Nursery Fees

These terms and conditions (the “Terms”) govern the promotional offer provided by Safari Stars Nursery
(referred to as “we,” “us,” or “the Nursery School”) to new parents enrolling their children in our nursery.
By participating in this promotion, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.

Eligibility:
1.1 This promotional offer is available to new parents or legal guardians (referred to as “you” or “the
parent”) who enrol their child/children at Safari Stars Nursery between 10th November 2025 and 31st
January 2026.

1.2 To be eligible for the 10% discount on nursery fees, you must sign and submit the registration form
and pay the registration fee by 31st January 2026.

1.3 This offer is only applicable to new children aged 4 months to 4+ years who register with Safari Stars
Nursery between 10th November 2025 and 31st January 2026.

Promotion Details:

2.1 The promotion entitles eligible parents to receive a 10% discount on the nursery school fees for the
enrolled child/children.

2.2 This offer will be applied to the first full month’s fees. If a child starts part way through the month,
the discounted rate will be applied to fees payable in the next month.

2.3 Should parents choose to reduce their sessions within the first three full months of attendance the
discount applied will become payable.

2.4 Should parents choose to withdraw their child from the nursery within the first full three months of
attendance, the discount applied to the first full month’s fees will be added to the final fees payable.

Enrolment Process:

3.1 To participate in this promotion, parents must complete the registration process and paid the fee, by 31st January 2026.

3.2 The enrolment process, includes filling out an application form, providing necessary documents, and
paying the required deposit.

3.3 The enrolment agreement must be signed and the required deposit must be received by the Nursery
School before the end of January 2026 to be eligible for the 10% discount.

Duration and Expiry:

4.1 The promotion begins on 10th November, 2025 and ends on 31st January 2026 (“Promotion Period”).

4.2 The Nursery School reserves the right to modify or terminate the promotion at any time without prior notice.

Payment and Fees:

5.1 The nursery school fees, after the 10% discount has been applied, will be communicated to you upon enrolment.

5.2 All fees must be paid in accordance with the Nursery School’s payment schedule, as outlined in the enrolment agreement.

5.3 Failure to comply with the payment schedule may result in the loss of the 10% discount and additional late payment charges, as outlined in our policies.

5.4 Fees must be paid in full prior to the child’s start date.

5.5 Parents can increase sessions during the discounted period however any additional sessions will be charged at full price and will not be discounted.

Terms and Conditions:

6.1 The 10% discount is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash or any other form of credit.

6.2 The discount cannot be combined with any other promotion, or offer, provided by the Nursery School unless explicitly stated otherwise.

6.3 The discount is only applicable to nursery school fees and does not apply to any additional charges, such as consumables, or extra-curricular activities. Limitation of

Liability:

7.1 The Nursery School shall not be liable for any losses, damages, or expenses arising out of or in connection with this promotion, except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

7.2 The Nursery School reserves the right to make changes to the terms and conditions, fees, and policies at any time, provided reasonable notice is given to the parents.

Governing Law:

8.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

By signing the enrolment agreement and participating in this promotion, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions for the 10% Off Nursery School Fees Promotion. All other standard terms and conditions apply.
