2024 Autumn Promotion – Terms and Conditions
10% Off Safari Stars Nursery Fees
These terms and conditions (the “Terms”) govern the promotional offer provided by Safari Stars Nursery (referred to as “we,” “us,” or “the Nursery School”) to new parents enrolling their children in our nursery. By participating in this promotion, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Eligibility:
1.1 This promotional offer is available to new parents or legal guardians (referred to as “you” or “the parent”) who enrol their child/children and start at Safari Stars Nursery between 2nd September and 31st October, 2024.
1.2 To be eligible for the 10% discount on nursery fees (non-funded part only) for the first two months, you must sign and submit the registration form and pay the registration fee by 31st October 2024.
1.3 Should parents choose to withdraw their child from the nursery within the first full three months of attendance, the discount applied to the first two month’s fees will be added to the final fees payable.
Registration Process:
2.1 To participate in this promotion, parents must complete the full registration process (includes filling out an application form and providing necessary documents) and paying the registration fee.
2.2 The registration agreement must be signed, and the required registration & monthly fee must be received by the Nursery by the 31st October 2024 to be eligible for the 10% discount.
Duration and Expiry:
3.1 The promotion begins on 2nd September 2024 and ends on 31st October 2024 (“Promotion Period”).
3.2 The Nursery reserves the right to modify or terminate the promotion at any time without prior notice.
Payment and Fees:
4.1 The nursery school fees, after the 10% discount has been applied, will be communicated to you upon registration.
4.2 All fees must be paid in accordance with the Nursery’s payment schedule, as outlined in the registration agreement.
4.3 Failure to comply with the payment schedule may result in the loss of the 10% discount and additional late payment charges, as outlined in our policies.
4.4 First month’s fees must be paid in full prior to the child’s start date.
4.5 Parents can increase sessions during the discounted period however any additional sessions will be charged at full price and will not be discounted.
Terms and Conditions:
5.1 The 10% discount is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash or any other form of credit.
5.2 The discount cannot be combined with any other promotion, or offer, provided by Safari Stars Nursery unless explicitly stated otherwise.
5.3 The discount is only applicable to nursery fees (non-funded part only) and does not apply to any additional charges, funded hours, such as consumables, or extra-curricular activities.
Limitation of Liability:
6.1 The Nursery shall not be liable for any losses, damages, or expenses arising out of or in connection with this promotion, except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
6.2 The Safari Stars Nursery reserves the right to make changes to the terms and conditions, fees, and policies at any time.
Governing Law:
7.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
By signing the registration agreement and participating in this promotion, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions for the Autumn 2024 10% Off Nursery Fees Promotion. All other standard terms and conditions apply.
